Boreal Commons

This is a brand-new multiplex housing development in Whistle Bend, Whitehorse. Every building consists of 29 differently sized apartments, convenient lockers and bike storage for the tenants. The construction starts August 2020.

Urban Micro Affordable Housing

The building consists of a total of 14 apartments, 10 of which are affordable one bedroom units and 4 are market rental suites; all with shared access to oversize storage lockers.

606 Jarvis

This four-plex residential development was built on a piece of settlement land belonging to the Kwanlin Dün First Nation and is being formally leased to the private sector under rules protected by the Yukon’s land titles office.

Wind River

The first floor is a large commercial space while the second and third floor are high end waterfront living condominiums with a rooftop deck. All units are pre-sold with an estimated construction completion in Spring 2020.

Carmacks

These six new homes will add to the downtown community and offer affordable rental housing in Carmacks, Yukon.
